The Colorado HIV/AIDS Insurance Program is intended to assist eligible participants who have health insurance (private, through their employer, or a COBRA plan) to keep these benefits. The Bridging the Gap, Colorado program is intended to assist eligible participants with Medicare Part D prescription drug benefits to pay for their pharmaceutical related expenses, including the Medicare Part D "coverage gap."

The mission of Rocky Mountain CARES (Center for AIDS Research Education Services) is to provide centralized and comprehensive medical care and treatment, supportive services, prevention, education, and research in collaboration with communities affected by and infected with HIV. RMC will provide our clientele with the tools they need to be their own advocate.
