The Denver HIV Resources Planning Council (DHRPC) is a mayoral-appointed Board and Commission of the City and County of Denver, and a project of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center.
The Council was established in 1993 when the cumulative AIDS cases exceeded 2000, making the Denver Transitional Grant Area (TGA) eligible for Ryan White Program funding. The Denver Office of HIV Resources (DOHR) acts as the grantee and administers the Part A Ryan White Program funds.
